By registering for the Exploring Consciousness workshop offered by Oculara LLC, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility. This workshop is for adults 18 and older.

2. Registration & Payment. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. Space is limited and offered first-come, first-served. Ticket prices include any applicable Florida sales tax.

3. Refunds & Cancellations.

• If we cancel: This workshop runs with a minimum of 4 participants. If that minimum isn't met — or if we must cancel or reschedule for any reason — you'll receive a full refund of your ticket price.

• If you cancel: Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the workshop. Within 14 days of the workshop, tickets are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Health & Participation. This workshop is educational and experiential and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. You participate voluntarily and may sit out any exercise at any time. The facilitator reserves the right to determine continued participation; if asked to discontinue, any remaining fee balance is refunded on a prorated basis. All participants complete a Registration & Release form before the workshop begins.

5. Program Content. Workshop content and materials are the property of The Monroe Institute and Oculara LLC and may not be recorded, copied, or shared without written permission.

6. Accessibility. Oculara LLC is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
