Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Â
Oculara LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through exploringconsciousnessflorida.com and our Exploring Consciousness workshops, and how we use it.
Â
Information we collect. We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address — when you register for a workshop, complete our registration & release form, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us. When you purchase a ticket, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Wix Payments and its processors); we do not see or store your full card details.
Â
How we use your information. To process your registration and payment; to send workshop details, reminders, and follow-ups; to send newsletter updates if you've opted in; to meet The Monroe Institute's program requirements; and to improve our services.
Â
How we share your information. We do not sell your information. We share it only: (a) with The Monroe Institute, when you consent on your registration form, so you can receive your graduate discount and program offers; (b) with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our website and payment platform), under confidentiality; and (c) when required by law.
Â
Data retention. We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and program obligations. Signed registration & release forms are retained for two years, as required by The Monroe Institute.
Â
Your choices. You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us at info[at]ocularamindsight.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g., under the California CCPA).
Â
Cookies. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Â
Children's Privacy. Exploring Consciousness Workshops are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Â
Changes. We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
