Exploring Consciousness is a foundational two-day workshop built on the Monroe Institute's renowned Gateway Voyage retreat. Over two focused days, in an intimate group, you'll use Hemi-Sync® guided audio to ease into deeply relaxed, expanded states of awareness — and learn to return to them on your own.

There's nothing to believe and nothing to perform. The approach is experiential and non-dogmatic: you settle in somewhere comfortable, rest your eyes, and let your own experience unfold. The Two Days at a Glance:
